Picking
Picking by Pickup Person
For Pick, Pack and Delivery feature, already logged into “liveplaza.online” with a registered delivery/pickup account or an admin level user account (Operation Admin or Admin).
Website > Delivery > Picking
Step 1
Click the "Pick" button without viewing sale order line details when the order is ready for picking stage.
(or)
Step 1
Click the sale order line that you would like to click the “Pick” button.
Step 2
Click the "Pick" button when the order is ready for the picking stage.
For Holding the picking stage
Step 1
Website > Delivery > Picking > Select the order line that pickup person would like to hold
If the pickup person would like to hold the shipment for any reason, click the "Edit" button.
Step 2
Write the reason why you want to hold as in the following picture. And then click the "Save" button.
Step 3
Click the "Hold" button.
Step 4
At this stage, the picking is being holded now.
Step 5
If you would like to stop the hold stage and start over again, click the "Unhold" button.
Step 6
And then click the "Pick" button when the order starts to be picked.
Step 7
At this stage, the entire pickup stage for a sale order line has been completed.
