User Guide For Sellers

1. Registration

  • Open LIVEPlaza Website

  • Click ‘Register’ to create an account

  • Fill the required information and click Signup

  • To be a Seller on LIVEPlaza,click ‘Become a Seller'

  • Fill required information and click ’Submit’

2.Seller Dashboard Process

  • Click ‘Go to Marketplace Dashboard’ of ‘Create Seller Shop’ tab

  • After Registration process, need to login again to Go to backend process

  • Filled required information and click ‘Log In’

  • After Login,edit or arrange profile information

  • Then save the edited information and click ‘Request for approval’ to request approval

  • Click the seller dashboard to create the shop

  • Click Seller/Vender tab and then also click ‘My Profile’

  • After click ‘Edit’

  • Click ‘Shop & Policies and then also also click ‘Create your shop’ to create the shop

  • Then,wait for approval

3. Product Creation

  •  After getting an approval, you can create the products that you want to sell on you’re own shop.To create the products, Click the ‘Seller Dashboard’

  • Click ‘Products’ and then also click ‘Create New Product’

  • Fill the required information and product image

  • Then,save and click ‘Request to Approve’

4. Live Stream

  • To create the live stream on LIVEPlaza,Go to Seller Dashboard and click ’Live Stream’

  • Click ‘Create’ and create your own live stream

  • Fill the required information and images

  • Then,click ‘Save’ and ‘Publish’

  • And you can see the live stream that you create on website’s Home page

5. Livechat & Helpdesk

  • Go to the home page to chat with LIVEPlaza

  • Click ‘Have a Question?Chat with us’

  • To create helpdesk ticket,click Support and then Helpdesk

  • Click ‘Create’ to request a ticket

  • And choose the ticket type,click ‘Seller’ and ’Next’

  • Write the description of your problem and click ‘Create’
